What is a puppy social? At Club K-9, a puppy social is more than romping around with fellow pups, this engaging class introduces young dogs to a wide range of experiences that are crucial for their healthy development! Through thoughtfully structured exercises, puppies will have the opportunity to interact with a variety of new people and sounds, explore a range of different objects, and navigate various surfaces all while gaining confidence. Our ultimate goal is to help your puppy build resilience and adaptability in a safe and nurturing environment. Give your furry companion the chance to learn and grow while having delightful fun with friends, creating memories that will last a lifetime! Your puppy will learn to interact appropriately with other puppies, how to play, and how to cool their jets when they’re excited about their furry friends. Our puppy socials are supervised by experienced dog handlers and trainers, and we keep them nice and small, allowing a maximum of 8 puppies per social so that the instructors can pay close attention to each individual. Parents join their puppies in the class to learn for themselves what appropriate puppy play looks like, how to manage their puppy during playtime, and familiarize themselves with rewards-based training to encourage their puppies to explore new things and build confidence! We use treats and toys during the sessions, and provide comfy beds, play structures, and guidance.

Age Requirements: puppies 8-20 weeks are welcome, we’ll match your puppy based on temperament/play style/size.
Puppy Social Fees & Packages: 1 Social-$35, 3 Socials-$100, 5 Socials-$165, 10 Socials-$320.

puppy Day Camp

Puppy Day Camp is your dog’s introduction to the world of daycare! Our program operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment for puppies to socialize and develop essential skills. With a focus on fostering positive interactions with other dogs and people, the program encourages healthy play and confidence-building experiences. Puppy Day Camp incorporates crate training to help them become comfortable with confined spaces and learning to settle on their own, along with instruction on basic manners. Puppies are gently introduced to new people, dogs, and various objects, ensuring they grow into well-adjusted pets capable of navigating diverse situations with ease. All activities are carefully supervised by knowledgeable instructors, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for every puppy to thrive. At the end of the day, we provide clients with a detailed report card. This report card highlights your puppy's activities, social interactions, and any notable behaviors, helping you understand how they are adapting to their time with us. Whether they enjoyed playtime with friends or worked on training skills, our report card gives you valuable insights into their development and well-being. Rest assured, you’ll always know how your furry companion is doing while they're having fun!

Our Puppy Day Camp is suitable for both puppies who are not old enough yet for daycare (under 20 weeks of age), and dogs under 1 year that need some more socialization in groups before being evaluated for daycare.

Class Schedule: Every weekday with drop off from 9AM-10AM and pick up from 4PM-5PM.
Age Requirement: 8-52 weeks.
Fee: $60 per day (offering early drop off from 6:30AM-9AM and/or late pick up from 5PM-6PM for $15 each.)

puppy kindergarten

In our Puppy Kindergarten class, we focus on essential skills that create a solid foundation for your dog's development. Participants learn about how dogs learn, emphasizing positive reinforcement techniques to foster good behaviors. We address important topics such as elimination training, mouthing, biting, and chewing, equipping owners with effective strategies for managing these common puppy behaviors, socialization, and more! Through positive and proactive exposure to various environments and stimuli, puppies gain confidence and social skills, reducing fear-based reactions later in life. This comprehensive approach ensures that both puppies and their owners build a harmonious relationship grounded in understanding and trust!

Class Schedule: Sundays @ 5PM starting 9/29/24
Age Requirement: puppies should be between the ages of 8-20 weeks their first session of class (not at the time you sign up). If your puppy is 6 months or older, check out our Basic Manner’s class!
Fee: $215 per dog for 6 sessions.
